• Absolutely, I’m using the b450ma and it works exactly as expected. It’s a pcie 4.0 card running on pcie 3.0, but the slight increase is only maybe causing it to lack 1-2% compared, as it’s a mid range card anyways.

• Yes but your not going to unlock all the benefits the card has to offer. The ASUS Prime has a 3.0 slot while this card is made for a newer 4.0 slot so you will loose some performance.
