Can I use ddr4 ram for this cars null

This card should be fully compatible with any motherboard that uses DDR4 RAM.

The RAM won't affect your card, though upgrading to DDR5 will help performance

This is a GPU. It has GDDR6 soldered to the PC board. It is not for the casual customer to upgrade RAM. DDR4 RAM is generally appropriate for previous generation motherboards as the current generation has either migrated or is transitioning to DDR5. However, this GPU is not a motherboard.
