Absolutely no issue. This is a 5.1 configuration so it is meant to be used with a powered subwoofer. It just wouldn't be able to drive a passive sub. The only issue may be that your Yamaha sub is under-powered vs the power of the 485 driving the other speakers. I would try it before upgrading though.
