Yes, if you use a rca splitter. You need to use powered subs.

No, there is only one subwoofer output jack. You could always purchase a Y adapter, RCA male on one end, two RCA female jacks on the other, but there may not be enough signal power to power 2 subwoofers. The Y adapter is not that expensive, so my suggestion is to try it and see how well it works, or not.
