Yes, as long as you have sufficient clearance in the ceiling, since they have some depth to them

Yes I put this pair in my game room which has a drop ceiling. Very easy to install. They provide a template that you can trace on to the ceiling tile. I have 24"X24" tiles. It does not need to be a perfect circle as the magnetic face cover any imperfection you may made when cutting out the circle. Good speakers for the price.
