“I just bought this unit a couple days ago. Finally opened up the box to hook up. I go to plug in the unit to an outlet takes a a minute to power on. I thought that was weird, as I’m setting up MusicCast it powered off. What’s problem?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Most receivers shut off in protect mode because speaker wire is usually touching somewhere. Hard to answer without being in front of the unit. Does it shut off every time when trying to setup music cast? Make sure no speaker wire is touching at speaker and receiver. Make sure firmware is updated and try to setup again.
