You can get a minijack to RCA cable. One end will be the Aux jack (minijack) plug that goes into the bluetooth adapter. The other end will be two RCA plugs (usually one red and one white for left and right) that will go into an input on your receiver ("CD", "DVD", or whatever).

This one only has the ability to connect to a receiving device through digital coaxial, but there are others that you could buy that can output to fiber optic. If your receiver only has analog RCA connections, you can find some that split the left and right channels inside the unit, or you could always buy a breakout cable that goes from 3.5" (or whatever size) audio jack to left and right RCA stereo connections.
