Is it waterproof ? null

To a certain extent but they for sure are Weather proof, You may not use these speakers under water not even for a second they must be installed under a Eve or up high on an exterior wall etc….

Yes, We have had them installed outside (under our deck) where it is definitely exposed to moisture. No problems so far.
