Are they compatable with microphones? null

Nope!!! You will need a mixer and power or an all in one powered mixer then you could try it but these Yamaha outdoor 5” speakers Don’t have power built in they are only Passive speakers. They are designed to be connected to a stereo receiver or multi channel zone amplifier etc..
