A:AnswerI had this problem as well, it might be so that people can change out the rubber ear plug for their own plug cushion. The rubber ear plugs only come in one size and it might hurt to wear after a while for people with smaller ears. The earbuds came with a little pouch and i use that so i dont lose anymore ear plugs in my bag or and other place. I do wish the earbuds come with an extra pair of plugs in case loss of one does happen. Hope I helped answer your question!
