You can contact the manufacturer at www.yurbuds.com/contact or call toll free at (888) 987-2831. This is according to the printed insert that came in the box with my Leap Wireless Yurbuds. The insert talks about what to do if the buds are not fitting right and says that you can take a picture of your ear with the bud in your ear and email the picture to [email protected]. So, if you lost one of them, chances are good that you could contact them and get another one, but I have no idea how much it would cost. Would not hurt to call or email them, though. It might not be that much ... good luck!
