• If you bought it at Best Buy, they will replace it for you. If not, contact Zagg and they will replace it for you if you registered it. Zagg charges $9.99 for shipping.

• Your best bet is to call a local Best Buy to make sure they have one in stock. If they do, go visit them and get the replacement. If they don't have one or you don't want to go to the store, ask them for advice.
