“I'm looking to see if you guys still carry screen protectors that have a warranty on them. Where if they are cracked or chipped it can be brought back into Best buy and replaced for free.”

Zagg Shields sun have the warranty. But you can't replace them at Best Buy. You need to register the shield with zagg and replace them through the manufacturer. A shipping fee of roughly $5 applies as well when you replace it.
