Mine was plus got a 10.00 dollar refund because new sheild was 10.00 cheaper than origial bought!

yes if you have the box or the receipt of purchase you have a 2 year warranty to replace it.

yes you just need to have the screen protector with you at the store and let them know you want to replace it and they will do it for free.
