Yes they do and they are very good at making sure that there's no smudge or dust on the screen before applying it on the phone. I have purchased mine at Best Buy because they are very careful about applying it.

I believe there is a small price to have them install it for you at the store, but if you had work done on your phone, like a new battery installed for example, then I think they install it for free. This should work if you just bought the new screen protector, or had their screen protector on your phone before bringing it in.
