If you are asking if it helps make the phone more waterproof, I would say no. The idea is protect your screen from damage which is does a great job of doing if ut is put on correctly.

No. In my experience water can get under the protective film and it certainly doesn't make the iphone waterproof.

Waterproof? I do not think this means what you think it means. This product is a piece of glass and therefore, unless it is cracked, water does not go through it. Water can go around it and if you install it incorrectly it is conceivable for water to get between it and your phone's screen.

Doubt it since it only covers the screen and not the seams.
