“Does Zagg still offer the guarantee where they will replace your screen if their protector fails?”

• My local said otherwise in Shreveport, LA. They fellow stated that I had to send it to Zagg. However, a store in Pearland, Tx stated differently. If you bring it in with receipt it will be replace.
