If you have an account with Best Buy they can see you bought it previously. You can also bring your receipt to Best Buy. If they have it in stock they can replace it for you, if it is not in store they can order it

When you purchase a ZAGG screen protector at Best Buy, just bring your broken screen protector and proof of purchase to Best Buy to receive your replacement. If they don't have inventory in-store, you can receive replacements through ZAGG.
