You have to register the product on the ZAGG website to activate the warranty Replacements are very easy once that is done. When you need a replacement go to ZAGG website and fill out info. They will send you a replacement and you will send the cracked or broken pieces back to them.

I’ve replaced two screen protectors without issue, just by bringing my phone in and showing the broken screen protector to the customer service personnel. IMO, it’s one of the best investments you can make to protect your device.
