It has a lifetime warranty. Yes they will install it but the install is so easy you may want to do it yourself.

Yes they will install the screen protector for you. I was shockingly charged $7.99 to do IT and I’d I had known I’d have installed myself as it’s super simple to install on your device and the reason I only use Zagg is for the lifetime warranty and the reason I purchase at Best Buy is bc it’s less hassle & immediate install instead of going thru Zagg to replace, (which I have done in the past with iPhone 3 when I 1st switched to iPhone years ago. Zagg has saved my phone on numerous events to include running over my phone w a lawn mower which I thought for sure my device was done for but nope—only needed to change the Zagg screen protector so since then I refuse to use any other brand. I’ll invest more in the front end to make sure my device is protected with the security of knowing Zagg & Best Buy will replace as long as I own my device without question, pushback, or harassment. 100% recommend Zagg for every device you own

Yes. Bring in the broken screen protector and there is always some available to install the new one. It takes less than 5 minutes whether you do it yourself or a BB employee. I always buy my screen protectors at BestBuy, because they usually have stock or can get it fast and they will put it on if you want.
