“I recently got this screen protector and I feel like every once in awhile it doesn’t track when I touch the screen, so I have to click the button twice. Not every time but it’s still annoying. Is this possible?”

I have not had this happen. I mentioned to my wife how tactile mine was. However with technology, I guess anything is possible. Sorry for your issues. I would contact ZAGG.

Geek squad can help you with your specific phone. My last phone did that and I was able to fix it within a couple minutes; it was an iPhone 13 Pro and I had called Apple Care+ who gave me a shortcut to fix it myself.
