“Can I just come to Best Buy for a replacement if my screen protector breaks? Someone said here that there is an installation fee, but I want to install it myself since it comes with an installation kit. So, is everything free now?Or there is still a catch”

I purchased the S26 Ultra XTR screen protector. It has a lifetime warranty and best buy replaces and installs it for you at no charge. I had to have it replaced once already due to a crack and I've had the phone for only about a month. The sales rep gladly replaced it and told me I could have a new one as many times as I needed it.

Because you purchased your screen protector at Best Buy, you can bring in your broken screen protector with proof of purchase to any Best Buy store to receive your replacement. In-store installation is an optional service that often includes a service fee. Installing the screen protector yourself will not include the installation fee.
