Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! Every ZAGG screen protector purchased at Best Buy is covered under the Buy Here, Replace Here warranty. Just bring the damaged screen protector into a Best Buy store and they will replace it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Short answer, no, they don't. Salesperson lied to me about it in Oct 2024 on my $50 zagg screen protector for a Samsung $800 tablet. Only reason I bought it. Fast forward today (10 months later), the customer service and manager at Best Buy in Tyson's Corner, VA area gave me a huge runaround, lots of wasted time, contradictory stories, only to tell me no, they don't give you a replacement zagg screen protector even if you bring yours in with the receipt and show it is damaged. You have to contact Zagg, and Zagg charged me $10 for the slowest shipping method, and it only goes up from there. Do not trust these promises.

When I originally purchased it the told me I would never have to pay for it to be replaced or put on for as long as I owned the phone. Tried to call other store to check on all this and they went all AI. What a joke got hung u on 2 times and then sat on hold almost 14 minutes only to find out you can no longer call the store direct. Right now I'm not sure I will return to another store.
