Just take it to Best Buy and have one of the folks there replace it. As long as they can see the purchase on your account, you're good to go.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Contact the manufacturer ZAGG by phone. Google the website. On the website there is information on how to contact the company by phone. Explain that you want to register your product and then make a warranty claim. From your Best Buy receipt, look for the name of the screen protector you purchased such as Glass Curve etc. Also, keep the receipt in front of you in order to answer the questions they will ask. I did not have a problem with making a replacement claim for a new screen protector under the manufacturer warranty. HOWEVER, the manufacturer charges $7.99 for Shipping & Handling fees to mail the replacement screen protector to you. WATCH OUT for black specks on the packaging before you remove protective plastic shield from the interior adhesive surface. These screens are great as they fulfill the intended purpose of protecting the phone screen from cracking, but sometimes there are some manufacturing quality control issues as the packaging or the screen may have little black specks. If you can see the black specks, they are easy to remove.
