QuestionI got a 45 dollar glass screen protector and it is too hard to press and taps sometimes dont register and is peeling off so can I replace it with a plastic one or do I have to waste 45 dollars

- Answer Try to go into settings and set the screen sensitivity to as light as you can. Screen on phone must be absolutely clean and dry, even no dust. The glass protector will do a better job for you and will not scratch like the plastic willl.

- Answer Just take it to Best Buy and have one of the folks there replace it. As long as they can see the purchase on your account, you're good to go.

- Answer Yes, Best Buy will install it as of now. They ordered a ZAGG cover for my Galaxy S9+for me and I had to pay for it, but when it came in, they installed it on my phone (they keep cracked old ZAGG cover) and refunded my purchase price. That being said, not sure how much longer they will do that as the ZAGG coverings become harder to get for older phones.
