have them install the screen. they will make sure there is no air bubbles. however they will charge you an installation fee. they charged me an additional $8.99 at time of purchase of phone. or its not warrantied.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I find it easier to get air bubbles by starting with a clean phone, us the alcohol and the wipe to go back over it. Then start in the middle and work your way to the edges. Lit it sit over night before you put the case on it. Good luck!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I took it back to the store and the guide that comes with it didnt line it up right. I had to have the hard case of the otter box on it to line it up correctly. Ben, the Manager put a new one on me under the warranty. Great service

Please try again later.Just lay the lens cover on as even as possible on all sides and then just take your index finger and gently touch the middle of the screen and watch from the side as it magically “melts” onto your screen face. The “melts” part is that all the air will magically disappear, thus, making it look like it just melts on.
