• Yes, it works with a phone case. You will need to install the lens protector before putting the phone case on.

• These are individual for each camera so as far as I can tell they should work with any case that has a cutout for the cameras

• Yes, but realize that in only covers each lens and leaves the rest of the camera area exposed to the elements. I would not recommend it.
