Zagg phone screen protectors are an easy swap at Best Buy however watch and tablet screen protectors are not swapped at Best Buy. If they did swap it for you that's because they had a manager override it because it's technically out of policy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The last time I had mine replaced at the Vestal NY store they made a big deal about. It felt like they were making every effort to deny it (Even though I had it done there twice previously). At one point the sales person even told me that if the price of the protector had gone up in price since the initial purchase, I would have to pay the difference (which was something i had never heard before). In the end it got replaced for free (with the sales person telling me that the current price had actually gone down). This experience along with the my other recent one where my HP laptop’s charging cord went bad and they were going to have take my laptop and ship it out for repair instead of verifying the problem by trying a new cord. In the end the offered me a third party replacement. geek squad? What a joke. This crap is why I just bought my new iPhone 17 pro max directly from Apple.
