Does the screen protector work with Face ID? null

Yes. The instructions specifically tell you to pay attention to the orientation when you apply it so it doesn’t cover the front facing camera. Face ID works perfectly.

I put one on my new IPhone 14 plus & the Face ID immediately quit working!

So far I have had no issues using Face ID with the Invisible Shield.

Yes, it works fine with Face ID. Just make sure you install it with the notched side for the camera.
