A:AnswerI just use a dustless eyeglass cleaner cloth and it works very well. For stronger dirt on occasion I'll use eyeglass cleaner wipes first and then the cloth. The wipes are very low level alcohol wipes made by Zeis which do no damage to the Zagg Shield.
A:AnswerAccording to my Best Buy they said they do not install any iPad zagg screen protectors they only do phones. And they do not replace them through warranty either they only replace through warranty the phones in store. if you want your iPad ZAGG replaced you have to go online and register your purchase and they will take care of your warranty.
