No it is not. On the hardness scale it would probably rank a 3H to 4H. Mostly a plastic material. I would recommend a full glass screen protector for higher hardness. It would go from 6H to 7H. I know that only sapphire would have a 9H level for screen protectors. It would be really expensive.
