No, it will not. Zagg has not yet released one for the Series 2. If you look on zagg.com it clearly says that this is for the original and series 1 only. Not series 2.

Only issue I had was when Geek Squad installed it (it took 4 techs to finally get it installed) it only stayed on the watch for 3 weeks then it fell off. I had to contact Zagg to get a free replacement and pay for shipping :( It is definitely worth it.

However, the protector will not reach all the way to the case edge. The glass curvature between the two series is not exactly the same, so the adherence differences will likely cause a halo-ing effect as some reviewers have mentioned.
