You get the replacement through their website after registering the product with them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as you register it on ZAGG's website, you should be able to get the lifetime replacement. This is the 2nd ZAGG screen I have not purchased directly from ZAGG and they've never given me an issue when requesting a replacement.
