you can replace this at best buy! you just go through customer service and they'll exchange it for you

You can go either route for replacement, but you may need to provide proof of purchase at a retail store. If you register the product through zagg, replacements are available.

As long as you register it on ZAGG's website, you should be able to get the lifetime replacement. This is the 2nd ZAGG screen I have not purchased directly from ZAGG and they've never given me an issue when requesting a replacement.
