• Go to www.zagg.com and register your product, then go to warranty replacement, there they will provide a bunch of drop downs to get more specifics and at that time you'll be presented with the shipping option and you're done.

• Go to zagg.com/register to register your purchase. Make sure you have a receipt. You can get a digital copy from Best Buy online if you bought from them. Then file for a replacement. **shipping and handling will apply Used ZAGG for YEARS now... so easy to get replacements; that's why I keep buying them for my new devices.

• You have to go to zagg.com/register and register the shield there and then it'll let you make a claim for a replacement, all through the website.
