QuestionDoes this cover reach end to end or will there be a noticable gap between the edge of the protector and phoneI am wondering if I have a faulty protector. I had one installed by BB tech and it has an obvious gap of coverage around the edge. Whereas the one put on my friends Note 3 at the same time does not have this gap. Box on my protector does say Galaxy S5.

- Answer There is a small border to allow for use with a case but it should not be a large gap.

QuestionDoes Bestbuy install This?Can they install this? And if so how much and what happens if bubbles are present or its messed up.

- Answer BestBuy installed for me and there were no problems. They said if a problem (bubble) occurred to bring it back and they would fix it. But there were absolutely no problems.

QuestionCracked coverI've had the screen protector for a little over a month and have yet to drop it however there is now a small crack at the top near the top of the phone. I know with Zagg it is a lifetime guarantee but am I able to exchange for a new protector at Best Buy or do I have to go through Zagg?

- Answer Zagg does have an Original protector but not a GLASS. Bodyguardz makes a glass protector for the S5 Active though.
