“Cracked cover I've had the screen protector for a little over a month and have yet to drop it however there is now a small crack at the top near the top of the phone. I know with Zagg it is a lifetime guarantee but am I able to exchange for a new protector at Best Buy or do I have to go through Zagg?”

You should be able to go to best buy to have it fixed.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to go through Zagg, unless there is a Zagg store for you to go to. Our local mall use to have a kiosk that would swap out your Zaag and do the warranty return and you just payed a small fee for the install which they guaranteed.
