I sent an email to Zagg customer support this morning. They responded to me this afternoon! I won't go into detail about what all they are doing to make this situation right, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you bought this product that you contact them and politely voice your concerns. I think you will be more than pleasantly surprised by the response that you get. I'll just say Zagg puts customer satisfaction as their highest priority.

I contacted customer service and they said they would let me know when there is a fix and said they always have good deals going on on their site. They didn't offer to refund me or anything to reassure me or correct their mistake. Going back to return the screen protector tomorrow, hopefully they let me. They really need to take this product off the shelf and stop letting people waste their hard earned money on it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If its a Zagg screen protector they have a lifetime warranty. I went and you can just go to Zagg.com and register your product . Zagg will send you a brand new screen. If you got the edge to edge one it duesnt fit well on a regualr S7 i had one and it didnt fit so I took it back to best buy within 30 days & exchanged it for the HD glass screen protector .

When I went to replace it there was an option to pay 10$ for the warranty to upgrade to the curve screen so with shipping I paid 15$ for them to send me the new curved screen. It seems to be fitting better but affects the swipe down alittle because the screen bows up alittle. Also causes a clicking like sound when you have you press down.

Please try again later.Dude it's not defective you have the edge they make screen protectors for specific phones this is for the s7 the 5.1 inch screen and ur s7 edge is 5.5 inches I don't get how you thought this screen protector for the regular s7 edge was going to work
