• Yes. Any Zagg screen protectors purchased through Best Buy you can bring in to get a replacement. Just be sure to keep the old one and bring it to Best Buy. They need it to give you the free replacement. I have gotten them replaced many times. Takes less than 2min for them to give you a replacement

• Yes it is. Wherever you buy a ZAGG cover register it on the ZAGG website, you will create your account and register all ZAGG purchases on your account.
