• The screen protector does not interfere with the performance of the Surface Pen Slim, as I use this every day on my Surface Duo with no issues.

• Absolutely not. I was actually concerned with this when I applied it so I tested if with my Surface Pen. There was NO effect on its performance.

• No - the pen works fine with the screen protector. However, the screen protector has a very complex installation and I would recommend waiting until they fix it and release another version - its nearly impossible to properly install right now and I ended up throwing mine out.
