• I don't know about the Defender Pro specifically, but I have the Otter Box Defender and have not experienced any such problem. The screen protector fits well inside the edges of the case.

• It does work with the Otter Box defender pro. The trick here is to install the Otter box first, then the screen protector to make sure it fits correctly.

• My experience is no the screen protector kept on coming up or off from the bottom of the phone.
