I have to write this review because I don’t know how much they paid others to give this a five star. This is just a thick plastic with glue, not even close to glass. And it’s not even close to a full screen coverage. And the installation is worse. I followed the instruction to peel of the labeled layer first. Then guess what? The other layer came right off and causing me not able to install it at all. I got it returned ( thanks to bestbuy ) and installed it with extra care, and there’s still problems. After you peeled the first layer you are going to find it real hard to put it onto that tray, and even harder to make a bubble free installation. I have to mention that although I’m not a pro, I have installed more than enough screen protectors to conclude this product is just a over priced junk. What is even worse is that it is a magnet for micro scratches. And that’s not it! Every time your fingernail touched the screen it’s gonna leave a very large mark on this plastic sheet. Last but not least, my fingerprint sensor only read around 1 out of 10 times.

Nice to have, but I don't know if it is necessary. Installation was very simple, but you will need to increase touchscreen sensitivity setting. Also I've noticed when "swipe to text," longer words don't get recognized which can be frustrating. Had gone without screen protector over 1.5 years while being a utility worker, and these 4 months with protector, I am considering removing it soon.

Zagg has been goto for screen protectors. This particular screen protector is easy to align and install. The fingerprint sensor and touch screen works well but, after less than a week of use the top edge has begun to peel back, as has the lower right edge. I guess it's time to find another goto for my Note 20 Ultra.

Picked this up for my Note 20 Ultra. The first one was installed before the Otterbox Defender Pro by geeksquad. Once I installed the otterbox the bottom of the protector bubbled up. I brought back to best buy to have them install a new one as the bubbles never went away after a few days. Now I told the geek squad that I felt the protector was placed a little too low in which caused the bubbling. Told him it needed to move up a very thin hair to avoid hitting the otterbox. He installed exactly like the other one. And after a week or two the bottom bubble reappeared but not as bad. Will deal with it for now but may go back for another replacement.

The box uses the word "GLASS" I think is misleading advertising, this product is more like a plastic film, it feels like the plastic you use to cover your books or furniture and as a film it is not hard or sturdy at all, causing a LOT of bubbles, the material feels very durable but it is definitely NOT glass! When you use the S-PEN it will leave marks on the film, like traces from using the tip of your S-PEN. For the price and shaolin skills you will need to prevent dust and air bubbles to reach underneath during installation, you will be better off getting something else.

I tried applying my Invisible Shield Glassfusion+ screen protector. I read the instructions first. Their are holes at the top and the bottom of the screen protector that are supposed to fit the tray. I tried stretching and pulling as the two holes at the bottom and top don't fit the pegs on the tray. Without fitting one has to no option for proper placement of the screen protector. I still put the screen protector on, but with minor success of a seamless application. I was able to get some of the bubbles out with the squeegee. The rest may disappear in days. Either way, I will be on the search for a better experience.

This product deserves no stars. Very disappointed when i realize it wasn't glass. The personal at best buy told me it was glass and it was the only reason i decided to purchase the product because my previous screen protector was actual glass. It was very frustrating to install this non glass screen protector. I follow the steps and could get past step 3. As i peeled of the number 1 tag, the non glass screen protector started to peel off from the top protective liner. From there it was just a big mess. The outcome was that my new $1300 phone looks like crap. The screen has so many bubbles.

I bought this screen protector because I love the brand. This one sucked. My phone got dropped and the screen protector is fine but the phone screen is cracked. I thought the screen protector would have cracked before the phone screen. I attached pictures of the crack to the phone screen and the screen protector being undamaged

Im happy with this product. I feel that now my new phone will be more protected from scratchs and any impact.

I gave it a 2 stars bc it's a screen protector but it's not glass! Mine gets fingerprints/smudges making it hard to read the screen plus this is not glass! Over-priced!

This is a really cool screen protector because its got lifetime replacement and you just take it in and they replace it for free.

First, there's nothing about this "protector" remotely resembles any type of glass, beit fused, hybrid, or whatever else! So the whole premise of buying it has been defeated by the blatant mistruth on the cover. Secondly, when you do finally squeegee all of the bubbles out, they just come back a few hours later! Finally, it doesn't even fill the whole screen!...a wasted $40...#thumbsdown

BEWARE!! The warranty replacement DOESN'T WORK! After only 3 months of the screen my screen protector start having scratches everywhere. So I went look up the warranty replace on the ZAGG website like they promise. Instead every time I try to checkout with the replacement the website gave me an error, look at the picture I provided.

(Try not to apply yourself unless' you have a steady hand and recognize the top of the screen from the bottom when you apply it) Applied professionally, it could last years, no bubbles!! Excellent investment for a pricey' Note phone!

Typically Zagg makes great products as ive used them on everything from phones to tablets for years. This product faultered within a day and progressively got worse by day 3. The install was done correct as usual, cleaning with its ipa pad, etc. Went on smooth with no bubbles. The only saving grace was price matching for $15 as this "plastic film" is nowhere worth $40. The $25 film version before this one was perfect (non hybrid). In fact i dont even know where the hybrid factor relates as its not glass. For $40 do yourself a favor and buy the real glass shield (i had on my note9). This film was the equivalent of getting a $10 knockoff off other online sites.

Do not waste your money was advise this would protect my screen and not spread germs . When you spend 40.00 on a screen protector, Blue shirt lead me wrong ! Get The Tempered Glass

Looks great protect my phone i can still use my finger print working great easy to clean

Screen protector dents easily. I hope it does a better job against breakage.
