Be careful during the application process. Once you have applied it correctly it seems to be great protection, but full discretion I haven't dropped it yet! If I do I will update the review. But it seems to keep the phone from getting scratched in your purse. You can see fingerprints on it, which can be annoying. I really hope for the price it holds up.

The screen protector came with easy to understand installation instructions and has provided good protection for my phone's screen, especially against basic scratches and scrapes being carried in my pocket. I am a long time ZAAG customer and am very satisfied with their product and warranty.

Since I've had this screen protector my phone has had a pretty good fall and the screen protector barely has a little dent in it. The touch screen sensitivity is really good also. I would have given it 5 stars but the application tray made me give it 4 instead. The concept is a really nice thought but it is awkward and can make you apply the protector wrong.

This screen protector has been a life and anxiety saver. It has saved my phone from real damage (I tend to drop my phone often while walking my dog) and an anxiety saver for myself :). Thanks to the great Geek Squad team member for making the process of putting it on, so much easier.

This is a good quality screen protector. It appears that it will hold up quite well and protect the screen. My only complaint is that it is relatively thick and you can feel it every time you swipe from the top down. It doesn't seem to affect the phone performance at all. It is just a personal thing. You just feel the edge of the protector.

First, I am a die hard Zagg fan and I'm sure eventually they will fix the issues I have with this screen protector (plastic shell size). Secondly, it's not really glass as all the reviewers have noted. Hence the 2 stars deducted. My biggest gripe with this screen protector is the plastic shell they provide. You cannot put this phone on a flat surface and put the plastic shell around the phone because the camera is too large of a bump. The plastic shell WILL NOT be flat, so it is useless. I ended up having to do it all manually but it resulted in massive air bubbles (usually they go away, but so far some have not). I am waiting on Zagg site to have more in stock to request a warranty replacement but next time I apply the screen protector I'm going to put it on the box perpendicular so that the camera bump doesn't effect the plastic shell placement tool.

I put thison my phone and followed the directions to the letter. The pins on the frame didn't exactly match the holes in the top bottom of the mounting sheet. The end result was a zillion bubbles which I had to massage out with the included tool. End result it okay but the process was a bit more difficult that it should need to be.

Fantastic soft screen protector that feels like glass after install. Easy to put on. Bought originally to hold me over while my Whitestone cover came in. It's been months, and I still haven't removed this one because it is so good.

I've had this protector for a little over a week and so far, it's great. A Best Buy associate installed it for me, so I avoided any hassles there. On very close inspection, there appear to be 2 microscopic air bubbles, but you don't even notice them while using the phone. I also was informed that this wasn't a glass protector, so I knew that going in. I've had Zagg protectors in the past and have been very pleased with the quality, so I had no qualms purchasing this one. The only downside is, as mentioned in other reviews, that fingerprint recognition is inconsistent. (Which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.) It may take several swipes to open your phone. And again, the Best Buy associate informed me of this ahead of time. I'm not sure if the inconsistent fingerprint recognition is a Zagg or Samsung issue. But face recognition seems to work well. The protector also works well whether you're touching the screen or using the stylus. And I'm happy that there's a lifetime replacement warranty on the protector. I'd recommend it. Just know that it's not glass and that fingerprint recognition might be inconsistent.

Excellent screen protector. This will save you against scratches and other issues. I put this in an otter case on the phone and basically you could drop kick it and it would survive extremely well. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.

Bestbuy Greek Squad installed twice on phone. It is a plastic film, know as glasstic. I have dropped my phone 5 x's and the screen is not cracked. However the glasstic seems to have impressions from general ware and tare. This is only notice when the screen is not in use. Let Best Buy install this purchase.

It fits right but it still have a bubble on the bottom, but the warranty they say its good. See what they tell me when I go and Exchange it.

It does well in protecting but the only thing that I don't like or appreciate is that finger identification unlock does not work well. It works but not well. Be ready to have a hard time unlocking the phone with finger print.

It was a strategic buy during COVID to reduce my chances of contracting it after completing my day and it served it's purpose

First, it's not glass. It's deceptive to even use that in the name. Had Best Buy install, which is kind boggling. Why install garbage products?! It bubbles, is super easy to scratch and is an inferior plastic product. It downgrades my phone screen making it difficult to see and doesn't serve a purpose. Have had it for two weeks with very little use, and I am completely disappointed by it's current condition. I'm puzzled that: 1. This product costs what it does ($40+). 2. That a reputable company would sell it. Wow. Surprised by this. Really bad.

All I purchase is zagg when it comes to screen protection. Biggest disappointment for the s20 ultra is the protector is NOT glass eventhough it says fusion glass. Unfortunately it is plastic. I PREFER GLASS. I have had many phones and glass experience is the best. I Love the lifetime warranty except when you have to put a claim through mail you have to pay $9.99. If you do it through best buy you don't have to pay $9.99.

This was really easy to apply....almost foolproof. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that this sheild will show indentations when something rubs up against it firmly so be careful if you have a coin, keys, pens, etc in your purse or pocket.

This product is not glass. It's not difficult to attach, but it's not as luxurious as you might think. I would rather buy cheap glassware on eBay.

Great screen protector. Protects the expensive display. No problem with finger print reader. Not sticky. Easy to install, or pay 8 bux and Best buy will install for you. Free lifetime warranty at Best buy.
