• I dont know about this specific protector but to correct the previous answer the round circle has nothing to do with the camera it's for the finger/thumb print identifier.

• Yes, it has the circle. It is for the camera lens on the front screen. If you cover the lens completely you won't get decent pictures or selfies on that lens.
