• Both have maximum protection for your phone, however the HDX has a Military Grade 3X Shatter Protection.

• I 'm not sure what the difference is as I did not see the Zagg HDX screen protector. I did find this on the Best Buy website and in the store.

• This one is the wet apply (thick rubbery clear) the other is the one that goes on dry. I prefer wet apply because you have a minute or so for minor movements and it's way easier to squeegee out the air bubbles.
