Have you both gone through three or just together having gone through three total? The screens themselves aren't made to be unbreakable, they simply protect the main screen and so the fact that there are cracks suggest it's working. There must be some sort of dropping of the phone and aggressive manner when setting it down because cracks don't simply appear on products of this quality!
