Yes, these screen shields will work even with an Otterbox Defender case on the phone. The shields will lay as flat as can be on the screen if applied properly and you should see no difference in the touch sensitivity on the screen even with the Otterbox on top of it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it's a screenless OB case, yes. The issue Ive had in the past is a normal OB Defender case with it's screen protector and an invisishield will stick to each other. After a while you hardly notice. Until u go to take the case off for w/e reason

If you're asking if it will provide good protection to your screen, I don't see how it can. I bought these screen protectors to go with Otterbox cases. I kept the Otterboxes and I'm returning the screen "protectors".
