• Yes Best Buy always offers screen applications for a $7.99 service charge. The charge guarantees that they will have it on their with no blemishes or anything seen under the screen and if you're lucky, I've had associates in the past put them on just for purchasing the screen shield.

• Yes but they will charge you. At least that's what they told me when I picked mine up along with the phone I purchased. If I remember correctly, the fee was between $8 to $12. I installed it myself just fine. Just be sure the screen is completely clean and lint free.
