Will this work with an otterbox defender case? null

Not very well. It doesn't fit right with the cover and the curved edges.

this plastic film WILL work with an otterbox cover. as with all plastic film protectors, the 'touch response' of your touchscreen will be slightly reduced. HOWEVER...because the zagg film fits the rounded side edges so precisely, the inevitable movement of the phone within the plastic otterbox frame (the 'front' or 'top' half of the protector, to be precise) tends to lift the edges of the invisbleshield film, like a paint scraper nibbling off the edges of a coat of latex paint. Within a few weeks of normal use, the edges of my invisibleshield film were exposed all around the perimeter of my samsung note 9. despite repeated attempts to a) take the cover apart and b) re-secure the film, it would not stay attached under the edge of the otterbox frame and i wound up peeling it off and discarding it. $25 bucks...poof....

I'm not sure about that I did not purchase that particular case this is the one I bought and it works perfect. Speck - Presidio Clear Case
