no its just a .4 millimeter safety glass protector for the phone screen. I have one of these on my tablets and all my phones in the family. A lot cheaper than a new phone screen

The screen looks slightly blue when the phone is locked/off, but color is perfect as soon as you light it up.

Yes it filters blue light which I like about Zaggs.

I haven't noticed it filters out any coloring at all, looks great to me! Glass cover is way better than the plastic ones. Very sleek and no issues in touch sensitivity.
