If they mess it up or if you are not satisfied because some piece of dust is stuck under the shield, edges are off, etc., they will install another one at their cost. If you mess up the install, you have to pay for another one - not good. However, a lot of these protectors now come with an installation frame that helps you to put the shield on correctly the first time. Scree prep is usually the culprit, though. Get something stuck under the shield and it's near impossible to get out and the get the shield back on without some kind of resulting blemish. For this cost of shield, I recommend Best Buy installing it.
